Nuit calme, et pourtant nous sommes à 1 m d’une rue passante qui longe le
port. Jens va acheter du pain, nous commençons à petit-déjeuner quand il se met
à pleuvoir. Jens installe un parasol rouge et blanc en guise de parapluie et
nous finissons de manger dehors. La météo n’est pas bonne pour le début de la
semaine prochaine, donc nous changeons nos plans et pensons rentrer plus
rapidement à Preveza en faisant un stop à Kalamos ce soir. Nous retournons à
pied à la grande boutique qui a de tout, Jens veut acheter un tuyau. Et, je
dois avouer qu’en passant près d’un chantier, il « vole »15 cm de fil
de fer. Puis tour en vélo à la plage et
baignade entre deux averses. Lunch dehors sous le parasol mais stillestund
dedans. Jens regarde les nouvelles sur son téléphone et moi je lis mon livre « Kongeriket »
de Jo Nesbø. Il s’en passe des choses dans un petit village norvégien !
Nous partons à 15 h 30 par temps calme et gris. Nous passons à l’est de l’ile d’Atoko
et voyons One House Bay. Personne n’y est ancré. Puis nous voyons la baie de
Porto Leone où nous avions ancré en 0ctobre 2019, au sud de Kalamos. Nous
arrivons à Kalamos à 18 h 30 et nous mettons le long du quai. Georges est à
nous accueillir et attrape nos amarres. Et je m’aperçois que je n’ai pas fait
le blog ! J’aurais pu le faire en route, c’était calme mais je n’y ai pas
pensé. Donc à peine amarré, je m’y mets. Je travaille puis nous allons diner à
notre cafétéria dans le village. Le gars nous propose des brochettes d’agneau,
ce que nous prenons, plus une salade grecque et deux bières. A la fin du repas
la serveuse revient avec une troisième bière, offerte par la maison. Ils sont
très sympas et la clientèle est 100 % grecque. Jens, l’autre jour, a rencontré
la jeune femme (femme du jeune gars). Elle est en congé pour un problème de
jambe mais va bientôt reprendre. Nous redescendons à Hera II et je finis la
blog.

Quiet night, and yet we are 1 m from a busy street
that runs along the port. Jens goes to buy some bread, we start having
breakfast when it starts to rain. Jens sets up a red and white parasol for an
umbrella and we finish eating outside. The weather forecast is not good for the
start of next week, so we are changing our plans and expect to get back to
Preveza sooner with a stopover in Kalamos tonight. We walk back to the big shop
which has everything; Jens wants to buy a pipe. And, I must admit, as he passes
near a construction site, he "steals" 15 cm of wire. Then bike ride
to the beach and swim between two showers. Lunch outside under the parasol but
stillestund inside. Jens looks at the news on his phone and I read my book
“Kongeriket” by Jo Nesbø. Many things are happening in a small Norwegian
village! We leave at 3:30 p.m. in calm and gray weather. We pass east of Atoko
Island and see One House Bay. No one is anchored there today. Then we see the
bay of Porto Leone where we anchored in October 2019, south of Kalamos. We
arrive in Kalamos at 6.30 p.m. and we put along the quay. Georges welcomes us
and grabs our moorings. And I realize that I didn't do the blog! I could have
done it on the way, it was quiet but I didn't think about it. So barely docked,
I got down to it. I work then we go to dinner at our cafeteria in the village.
The guy says he has good us lamb skewers, which we have, plus a Greek salad and
two beers. At the end of the meal the waitress returns with a third beer,
offered by the house. They are very friendly and the clientele is 100% Greek.
Jens the other day met the young woman (the young guy's wife). She is on leave
for a leg problem but will be back soon. We go back down to Hera II and I
finish the blog.
